Denton’s (Texas) finest in indie/electronic – Neon Indian – are back with an enticing track and videoclip called “Fallout” (from their album Era Extraña).

The clip has been produced by Adult Swim cable network and directed by Lilfuchs; it shows a super-hot lady with a killer pink hair driving her 1980s convertible to a gas station; once she stops there all the workers are stunned and paralysed by her. A funny, psychedelic and sexy clip.

Neon Indian (whose absolute leader is Alan Palomo, a 24 year-old student) are one of the best players in the scene, with their dreamy melodies, warm mood, tight songcraft, dizzying layers of synth arrangements and stray sounds; their 2011 release Era Extraña is one of the must-have records of the last six months.
