They started as a grind core band in 2002, but step by step Ribbon Ink found themselves moving toward an elaborated form of crossover. After three records the line-up had to go under major changes: a small revolution that gave the band the chance to push further its sound; after a couple of years of gigging around, indeed, Ribbon Ink had changed their music, getting closer to a refined and complex form of punk rock.
In march 2011 the album Engineered By Dummies came out; “Echonomist” is the single and you can listen to it; and download it for your enjoyment.
